How it all begins

Muhammad Usman

Director
I’ve built up massive experience working with several accountancy firms including some of the UK’s top 10. My experience includes helping clients from small owner-managed business, through to large private companies and multinationals.
As well as providing auditing, accounting and taxation services to a wide range of clients, I also specialise in ensuring implementation of key controls and systems. I love to help clients with cost reduction and to minimise their administration processes. I also specialise in using management accounts to pinpoint areas of concern within the business and to support clients in overcoming them.
Muhammad Salar Arain

I’ve worked for some of the UK’s major accountancy practices, including PWC and KPMG. I’ve worked with small accountancy practices too. In this time, I’ve been able to build up a portfolio of experience across all areas of professional practice, including statutory auditing, CASS assurance, Internal audit, accounting and taxation. I’ve worked in a wide variety of industries and sectors, including hospitality, financial services, construction, property development and investment and telecommunications.
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my kids and wider family. I also love watching cricket.

I have gained valuable experience over the past 30 years, whilst working with very reputable national and multinational companies at various top managerial positions, responsible for Control management, accounting, taxation, Internal and external audit.
Since 2005, In a professional practice environment, I have been advising and supporting all sizes of businesses ranging from very large international to medium sized and small companies and organizations. My experience has been extremely valuable to our clients, giving them 100% confidence for obtaining advice from simple to complex business issues.
